Lanni has had notable collaborations with Ellen Von Unwerth, Steven Klein, Patrick Demarchelier, Greg Kadel, Alexei Hay, Karen Collins and has worked behind the scenes on major campaigns for BCBG, Max Azria, and Susan Cianciolo, among others.
